Week 45: New flat, Finding and Teaching, Atonement lesson

Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey ya, this week was pretty good! So to start off the week it is nice having a car, it is the best!!!!!! So the Zone Leaders they went down on Tuesday for Missionary Leadership Conference in Edinburgh and so we just stayed and then went to our flat and put all our clothes away and so guess what? We get a call from them saying President told them to have us move in with them! So we had to go get all the things we would need this transfer and bring them over to their flat! So we are now in a 4 man flat! (Mom note:The Zone Leaders don't have a drivers license for the UK and so Mikey will continue to be their driver for this transfer)

Well this week was really cool we were able to put one of my friends Rudy on date!! He is an 18 year old that I found a bit ago and we taught him the 1st lesson but has been busy ever since but we taught him on Saturday and put him on date for the 22 of December so I hope that it works out!!!! Also cool news is on Sunday there was this random guy named Cliff that came to church.... and we saw him and after sacrament went and talked to him but then just went and taught him the 1st lesson and he was pretty different but liked all that we said and is on date to be baptized on the 22 as well!!!! So that is crazy! We got so lucky and are super blessed! Now I am hoping to build off this and keep working really hard and getting good people!  But yeah it was a good week!!!

Today for P-Day we are going to do a little bit of shopping and maybe play basketball but most of all we are going to go on this pretty cool hike some drunk people told us we should go on!!!!! So we will be going to that sometime in the afternoon! 

Something spiritual for this week that I think can be used for anyone is… As of late I have been starting to feel bad about how I was before my mission and dumb things I did at home and here and so! Which of course comes from the devil which I totally see he wants us to feel as if we are not forgiven and haven't changed! And so I was told by President to write down all things that I have done that feel I have done wrong or are pulling me down and to write what I have done to change and things I have done to grow and after I am done to light it on fire and burn it away and so I did that and its really cool to see really how you have changed and that you have done all you can do and you are forgiven so it’s a really cool activity that I think you guys can do if you ever need too!!!

I honestly feel clean!!! I feel the healing power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ! My faith is becoming unshakable! Because of the foundation that I am built upon! This time of year is always very fun!!! I love it! I get to spend time with family and have a good time! Being away from home you start to see really what it’s all about! That it’s all about Jesus and so I am very thankful for Him!!!! I know that if you focus on Him it will make this time of year even more special!
