Week 43: 100 Anniversary of WW1 Ending Celebration, Moves calls coming
Week 43
November 12, 2018
This week wasn’t anything too crazy!
It actually went by so fast so that was good. I won’t have much time to email.
We had a busy week with the 100 year anniversary of WW1 ending. We sold Poppies
at a table. We had a dinner appointment
with the Dressels and love being with them. This week Elder Dunn was sick for a
bit so we stayed in the flat for half the day and I was able to read a lot in
the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I just straight up love these books and
grateful for them.
The highlight of the week was just
being able to work. Not a whole lot of things happened but it was just good to
work, which made me happy. We had a lot of lessons planned this week especially
on Saturday that pretty much all fell through which was a super bummer! But it
is okay. This week will be good and its moves (transfer) week so that should be
good. The bummer part of the week was our friend Kyle didn’t come to church on
Sunday so we are going to have to move his baptism date back which bites but it’s
all good. There is always a reason for everything. I am excited for this
next week because we were able to find some really cool people that have
already confirmed for their appointment, so I am really pumped to teach them! Oh
and by the way Elder Nadauld says hi!!! He is such a great missionary and we
get along so well.
I promise that next weeks email will
be longer and I will answer all of your questions.
I love you all and hope you have a
great day!
Love,
Elder O'Connor
