Week 37 Rosie's Baptism, Smoothies and Shoe Miracle
October 1, 2018
Hello everyone!
So I am finally sending you pictures
(hahahaahahahah)!!!!! Oh how I miss pictures!!! Honestly my favorite part of
emails is getting pictures! Which is probably the same for you!! Sorry it took
4 months.
Well really the highlight of my week
was Rosie’s Baptism! I am so happy for her. Honestly so to be honest she was
the last lesson Elder Gowans and I taught before he went home! She honestly is
one of the elect! She is the best and was just super golden. She was the one
who asked to be baptized!
What a week! We were able to set up
a lot of lessons for this next week. So it should be a killer week which I am
very excited for!!!
Ok, I will now explain the
pictures!!!! So as you can see in pictures that is our fridge!!! There is a member in the ward named Brother Myles,
and he hooks us up! We had nothing in
our flat to eat so he bought us tons of smoothies. He is such a funny, great
guy. I will get pictures of him and I and send it to you!!!
Next are the pictures of my shoes on
the car!!! So it was a couple weeks back we went to the Zone Leader's house and
I went to get my shoes and drive back to their flat. I was putting things in the car and put my
shoes on the top of the car and forgot about them!!!! So I drove the 10 mins to
the ZL's flat and just to let you know the people here are crazy drivers which
doesn’t make it easy driving next to them. Next something amazing happened! While I was
driving I noticed so many people were flashing their lights at me and I was
kind of getting mad, so I pull over and we get out of the car and I just look
and they are both of my shoes still on top of the car!!!! I was shocked!!!!!
I
have gone through 3 pair of shoes already. I got a new pair the other week and
they look really good! Well at least you know I am working hard!!! I love you
guys and hope you have a great week!!!! Remember I think about you all
often!!!! I love you!
