Week 35 Baptism Set and President Macdonald's Sense of Humor

Hey all,

This week was okay. The girl we are teaching is moving along very nice. She is amazing and is scheduled to get baptized on Sept 29^th!!!! It was so nice having school back in session! It is like a night and day difference! We weren’t able to teach a whole lot this week because it was fresher week! Which is pretty much just new students at school looking around and no one had picked there classes yet. This week we should have a much better time teaching ;)  It was a good week but by the end of the week Elder Jensen has been having really bad migraines so it has gotten worse so we needed to stay in for a couple of days so he could get better. Hopefully he starts to feel better and we are able to do a lot of work this week! 

I am so excited for this upcoming week for a couple reasons! First we have All Scotland Conference which is going to be sooo cool!!!! Also, we have a Mission Leadership Training meeting and everyone in mission leadership will be coming down! SOOOO I get to see ALLLL my friends also I get to see Valiati, and the wait is going to be over….. I Finally Will see Elder Palmer after 15 months!!!! I am so excited!!!!  

Well to answer your question, no I did not break my camera or gotten it stolen. I am just grinding really hard, it’s tiring and it’s raining all the time. My bag is no longer waterproof so it gets wet really fast.

In the end this week was fairly normal and now I will tell you some fun stories:

A couple weeks ago I was driving people in the mission van to the airport and to the train station! It was fun! So on that day I was backing up the van and the missionaries helping me back up did not tell me I was on the mission home grass! I pretty much drove on the lawn and really didn’t think it was that bad. The next morning we went to the mission home for something and President Macdonald walks in and starts talking to Sister Macdonald and says he needs to look on the video tape to see what missionary drove on the lawn because, “ I am going to kill him”! So, I was eating food and went dead silent thinking oh no..... then he just puts his arms around me and picks me up and starts messing with me (hahahaha), it was really funny and I’m glad we could laugh about it! I ended up looking at the grass later and it’s bad!!! But its ok the grass is growing in now!!!!! Funny story!!!!!
