New Companion...Elder Heggie!

It was a GOOD week! Very weird not having Elder Valiati! At first I felt like Adam and Eve when they got cast out of the garden! (hahaha) But it was so nice by the end! Me and Elder Heggie really do get along well! Elder Heggie is from Alberta Canada and we are pretty darn similar! He is a very good missionary! This week is a short email because we are going somewhere fun for p day so we must hurry to get going! So I will answer all of much needed questions!

1) How was it with transfers and Elder Valiati going to Cork? Can you tell me about your goodbyes and how did he and you feel about the change? It was pretty crazy! It was pretty sad. He got pretty sad as it got closer and closer! It was pretty much like leaving home for him. So we didn’t really talk a whole lot but saying goodbye was sad! We gave each other hugs and he was pretty emotional and so he just wanted to get on the bus to be alone but it was nice. I love him so much. He is already killing it down in Cork which is awesome! I will get to see him later tonight so I am excited for it!!

2) How are Elder Heggie and you getting along? I have been talking with his mom and you both seem to have a lot in common. We are getting along really well and yes we do have lots of the same things in common.

3) How has the week been teaching and finding? It was an alright week finding! I am so excited this week Andre will be getting baptized and I am excited for him and then Levi might be getting baptized! We are talking to him later today about it! It could be a super fun end of the week!!

4) I loved the pictures that strangers and members send me. How was service for the Troys? It was so fun!!! They have like a very good plot of land! Like very good for Ireland! They are just nice and very real!

5) It was fun to see you and Elder Peterson together. How is serving with him? Yeah he is such a good guy! He really is great to be around, super fun being able to talk about back home with him!

6) Who can we pray for this week? The same people would be great. Please pray for yourselves and to keep coming closer to Christ!

Oh cool thing, tomorrow we have a face to face with David A. Bednar! I am so excited for it too. I love you so much and hope you have a great week!
