1st Baptism and 1 year Anniversary of opening my mission call!
Hello family,
Wow, I knew that I opened my mission
call around this time but can’t believe it was today!!!! Wow time has gone by
so fast!!! I wish I could watch the video of me opening it so bad!!!! But yeah
it's been crazy!! It's so cool to look back at who I was when I opened it to
who I am now! It's a night and day difference!! I am much happier with who
I am now then back then. I am so thankful for those lows that I went through because
I know that they have made me better and made me someone that my Heavenly Father
can use!
Yeah well, this week was really a
roller coaster!! But ended the best way possible!! I had my first
BAPTISM!!!!!!!!!!! Holy heck I didn't think I would say that for a long time!!!
But truly I didn't do a whole lot!! God just blessed me with being
able to be a part of the conversion of my man Calum!! So I am super thankful
for that!! And hey I actually got to baptize him!!! Yes I wore my knee brace
and my knee is good!!! It was so scary but such a rush!!!!
Now we are looking forward to
this next Friday!! We will have 2 people, Iula and Janete being baptized!!
So we are very excited for it!!! This week was really a good week, we found a
lot of new people and had 9 people come to church this week with us!! So just
really awesome!! But yes this P day is a much-needed rest!!!
This week's spiritual thought:
In the gospel I like to think of it
as a song and a dance! But to those who see the dance and don't hear the music,
it looks weird and awkward! But as you feel the beat and let the music go
through you it becomes beautiful and makes perfect sense!! We all know the
dance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! But do we hear the music? THE MUSIC
IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! The music is the Holy Ghost! The Job of the Holy
Ghost is to testify of the truth and to bring all things to our remembrance!!
As we let that music take over it will show us the dance!! So I challenge you
to feel that Music, don't get hung up on the dance! Let the Music
take over and go from there!!
Well, I love you so much!!!!!! And
hope you all miss me!!
