Happy 4th of July - Faith and Patience

Oh my I love you mom and am so blessed that I could hear you and dads voice!!!! I just want you to know I love you so much and say thank you for everyone who has been praying for me. It is really humbling! I'm just so thankful and love everyone who has done that.

OK so small world. Elder Palmer who we share a room with, his cousin is Brielle Twede's companion right now serving in Spain!!!! Thank you to everyone who has emailed me. Its so nice to hear from them.

This last week was pretty good! It was a fun week with loads of practice and loads of study!! The big thing this week was that we were being able to go to Manchester Square in the city and go street contacting!! People really don't like us (HAHA) but its chill, there loss!! I thought it went well. It was a nice little wake up call for me! It was a great experience of what is to come. The nights here are kinda crazy!!! So I may have shaved Dawes and Carlson's legs (HAHA). One of the Elders lost a bet and had to wax part of his leg. It looked really bad so we decided to just shave it.

Today is my favorite holiday of all time and I can't really celebrate it like normal. Its the 1st time ever I haven't watched Independence Day on July 4th! But it's okay, we will make it a good day!!! Steve who is our cook (he's the best) said he is making us some good American food for today so I'm pumped!!! [They served hamburgers, had a sweet flag cake and gave them king size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and decorated for the 4th. See pictures below]

This week I really have learned about being patient and having faith!!! I know that My Father in Heaven has blessed me and is blessing me right now!!! I have grown so much these past couple of weeks!!! I am excited to get into the mission field and practice what I have learned here. I miss everyone but know I will see them soon!! I love you so much!!!
